1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Defective or Damaged Products
Claims for defective, damaged, or misprinted products must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
1.2. Lost Shipments
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
1.3. Custom or Personalized Products
Products made to order or customized are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
1.4. Hygiene and Health-Related Products
Certain sealed goods, such as face masks, cannot be returned once unsealed due to hygiene and health protection concerns.
2. Return Process
2.1. Reporting an Issue

2.2. Return Address
The return address is set to our supplier’s facility by default. When a returned shipment is received, we will notify you via email.
2.3. Unclaimed Returns
- Unclaimed shipments will be returned to the supplier’s facility.
- Unclaimed items will be donated to charity if they remain unclaimed for 30 days.
- If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you are responsible for the reshipment costs.
3. Refunds and Replacements
3.1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or misprinted items. Buyer’s remorse is not eligible for refunds.
3.2. Size Exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges by default. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, you must place a new order at your own expense.
3.3. Brazilian Customers
Customers in Brazil who regret their purchase must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing proof (e.g., a picture) that the product is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will not be issued if the product has been used or damaged.
4. EU Consumer Notification
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for such items.

For returns due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
